Hi!! I'm Nat.

I started The Blanks Boutique in March 2018, after I became frustrated with the lack of good quality blanks on the market. I found I had to buy in bulk to get good pricing, and thought i'd share with a few other crafty friends in a few groups. Then BOOM - The Blanks Boutique was born!

My aim is to supply different blanks to ensure you & your customers are getting a good deal!

I am always happy to source those things you just can't seem to find.

We are based in the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula in SA, and are happy for you to pick up if you are local, or visiting the area.

Some areas local to me may be able to get free delivery, or pickup from Craigmore. If this is something that may be of use to you, please contact me for a chat before you place your order :)

PROCESSING 

Order Processing time can take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends/public holidays)

Express Post does NOT mean express processing. If your order is urgent, please make a note in comments AND get in contact with me. I will do my best to accommodate, but no guarantees. 

Postage times are beyond my control. 

SHIPPING

Due to my location, I have to use Auspost for most orders. Majority of the items fit into satchels. 

If it is a large/bulky order, I may use a courier.  

Please be aware that the Flat Rate fee is for STANDARD post. If you wish to add Insurance or Signature on delivery, please contact me. These will be an additional cost.

EXPRESS postage is available, but please note this is Express post - not processing.

Should you NOT ask for insurance or signed delivery, I am NOT liable for any missing parcels/breakages. 

If you do take out insurance/signed delivery, All claims for damaged/missing items need to be made, direct to Auspost, within 3 days of item being marked as delivered. Photos will be required by Auspost.

I will help you negotiate with Auspost regarding your claim, however once it leaves my possession, the matter is then between you and Auspost. 

I have no control over the delivery time or any Auspost decision. 

Please keep me informed and I will do whatever I can to help.

RETURNS

Not happy? No problem. 

Can offer you a refund once goods are returned to me. I do not cover/offer refund on postage costs.
